That’s a Wrap on 2020 – a Year in Review

In a year like no other, the team at Goddard quickly adapted and worked even harder to create, manage, and lead successful product development plans for our clients.

Despite the challenges presented by this unprecedented year, Goddard embraced resiliency and our firm’s mission: to deliver outstanding solutions that positively impact lives through inspired engineering and design.

This year, our staff has organized, managed, and executed hundreds of product redesign efforts. We’ve also been a part of major wins for our clients, including regulatory approvals and certifications. We continued to grow our firm’s expertise by taking on new projects and we deepened our relationships with long-standing clients.

As we adapted to remote work, we also brought on a number of new staff members – adding 8 incredibly talented teammates to our ranks. We launched and expanded our Electrical Engineering department, growing the ways in which we can serve the needs of our clients. And we added to our San Diego team, bringing that office’s total headcount to 7 people. In total, Goddard’s team is up to 46 exceptional people.

Like the rest of the world, we can’t wait for 2021 to arrive and for our teams to be back together in the office as soon as it is safe to do so. We anticipate continued growth for our team and for our clients in the coming year. But most importantly, we are wishing good health for our staff and for everyone in our network.
